Archdeacon Peter Stuart is the Principal of the College. He teaches Sociology for Ministry, The Mission and the Church and Research Methods in the degree program and several topics in the formation program related to the health, vitality and growth of churches and leadership. Peter is a student in the Doctorate of Education program at Flinders University.

Dr Alan Cadwallader is a Research Fellow with the College and teaches in Biblical Studies. He is the Julian Fellow appointed by the Julian Centre.

Melanie Morris is makes sure the day to day management of the college happens. She is often the first voice you will hear at the end of the phone.

Vivien Bleby works on the Diocesan Education Staff in children and family ministry. She also leads Safer Ministry Education. Vivien has considerable experience as a Ministry Development Officer helping parishes in planning, implementing and reflecting on new ideas.
